ABECAS
- ABECAS consists of over 20 modules
which integrate to form a complete system or can be acquired a
"piece" at a time. The modules most often used in mining
include: General Ledger (GL); Cost Accounting (CA); Accounts Payable (AP);
Accounts Receivable (AR); Payroll (PR); Safety & Personal (SP);
Supplies/Parts inventory Tracking (ST); Equipment maintenance (EM); and
Intelligent Query Report Writer (IQ). Each of these modules have options
that can be added as needed.
HARDWARE: DOS based. Multi-user version runs on networks such as Novell
Netware.
PRICE: For a typical site, the software and on-site training costs between
$16K to $23K.
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COMPUTER SYSTEM - This computer based system
will keep all the necessary information to:

- Maintain all vendor and invoice information needed to pay
vendors.

- Track all monies paid to vendors.

- Provide accountability through audit trail journals and timely
reports.

- Print out checks for all vendors and the check register while
maintaining year-to-date totals on monies paid.

- Update automatically all transactions to the master general
ledger or hold general ledger transactions for user controlled
updating.

- Posting of invoices, payments, credits, debits, and credit
memos, adjustments and journal prints are all done within the same
program.

- Detail inquiries can be printed on paper or screen.

- Closed invoices are available for review at any time.

- Posting journals for all transaction entry programs.
Once invoices are entered the user can generate a variety of reports
that become a tool for decision making

flexibility as business changes.

general ledger. This assures separate audit trails for each type
of transaction.

- Reports offer user selection of records by company, debt,
periods, account numbers, etc.

- User defined reports include Chart of Accounts, Balance Sheet
and a variety of financial statements.
